I have several pairs of MBTs by now. These are the second pair of this model that I own. I wear them constantly.They're my absolute favourite, very comfortable and great all-round shoes for wearing with jeans.MBT are much better quality than Sketchers Shape Ups.

I wear MBTs all the time and am a new person since I did so. My back has stopped aching and my knees are good as new. They take a little time to get used to as they have a rounded sole which makes the wearer rock (to balance) and they tone up tummy muscles too. My posture is better and I feel a whole lot younger than I did previously. Unfortunately, I had to send this particular pair back as I had foolishly duplicated a pair I already own - that process was easy and the money was back in my account in a couple of days. The one downside of wearing MBTs (I have recently found) is that I can't keep still to pipe icing on cakes and have had to revert to standard trainers for this. If you are suffering with painful feet, sore knees or a bad back I would recommend giving these a try - if you aren't suffering I would still recommend them as a preventative measure.
