Wonderful Boots

I'm wearing them now and they are great. The leather is so soft, making them extremely comfortable around the foot and leg. If you fancy a change from black or brown boots this colour is a lovely self indulgent treat. I have had shoes from El Natura Lista before and plan to buy more from their range. The soles are wonderful for comfort, with nice lift on the heel. They are worth every penny as they last and last.

Fabulous boots

I have always liked El Naturalista shoes and boots, in fact have a pair of ankle boots that I have had for 5 years and that still look as good as they did on day one. I wanted a pair of black boots that are comfortable, look good and keep my feet warm - these boots do just the job. The leather is soft, they feel like I have had them for years and can walk in them all day without realising I am wearing them! Fabulous. The service was also brilliant. Received the boots within 2 days of ordering, so all in all a very positive experience!

Great boots and leather - padded for cold though!

These boots are of the quality I expect from El Naturalista - the leather is divinely soft, the sole is cushioned and they fit beautifully. The tie at the back means they will fit lots of calf sizes - mine are quite small but I just tightened the tie to make it snug. The only thing to be aware of is that they are quite padded with a thermaly/blankety lining on the inside which means they will probably be too warm for me most of the year- I was looking for a great casual boot to wear most of the year, not just on super cold days (it rarely gets below 12degC here). Had I known that, I would not have bought them (still deciding whether or not to keep). This should definitely have been in the item description somewhere...

I bought the derma roller based on its treatment for scars but did not really expect much. Now, im so glad i bought it. Since ive been using the derma roller (and it hasn't been for long) ive noticed considerable difference to the horrid markings on the side of my face. Most of it has disappeared and my skin is beginning to look much smoother.It is highly recommended to use the derma roller alongside other products, such as vitamin e creams and anti-bacterial creams as it helps to restore the skin's balance, produce natural healing and work its magic. Of course, how well this product works may vary from person to person but I would still recommend it.Please note that when choosing a derma roller, ensure that it has been pre-steralised so that you know it is clean and safe to use straight away. With each derma roller, there should come instructions and these are normally simple to follow.

ouch, but it really does improve the skin. I use it twice a week and while it is not pain free it is not unbearable and it is definately worth the slight discomfort. I have use it for 3 weeks now and my crows feet have more or less disappeared. some friends have asked me if I have been using botox!!

Wonderful piece

My old Fossil watch gave up the ghost after 8 years, and I wanted something with a similar, classic styling. I own a watch for years, not just the length of the latest trend, and something which will remain good looking throughout all the fads.This watch is just that. Being able to see the mechanics of the watch is superb, and it feels heavy enough to feel like good quality. I imagine I'll be proud of this one for years to come.

It always starts at the shoes...

Typically I'm a wearer of either 'approach' style trainers or Blundstone classic boots (from their Tasmanian era), both ideal for my 5 mile walking commute to work and back. I needed something to bridge the 'smart-casual' gap and these looked perfect - the ecological stance of the company and manufacture in Spain's north (an area I love and like to support) just made them ideal.They look and feel great and I find mine to be size appropriate (others have felt them large, I don't). In common with Spanish footwear they have a high arch, something I need. The quality of build is excellent, reflected in the RRP.As a replacement commute shoe - I'm not so sure yet but they aren't bad. A few more spring days will bed them in. I do find that they are slippy on wet surfaces though (and unwearable in snow). Otherwise 5 * boots!So, if you don't favour the fashion tragic look and prefer a classic, cool style (dare I say slacker) then these are your next purchase.

fitted to the wall very easily and looked great but unfortunately did not work. The fault was with the control where the wires came into the heated rod. One e mail and they sent another one straight out and this was all round xmas. Its great that you can vary the heat on the rad rather than just on or off. Would buy from them again without hesitation

Excellent TV - paranoid about clouding

Awesome TV - the HD picture is very vivid. PS3 games look really clear. I have yet to try a Blu ray, but Spiderman 3 via Sky HD was mind blowing - when that sand man is on the screen you can see the individual grains of sand. Ghost rider on Sky HD also looked awesome - it really showcases this TV. HD via this TV might be too clear- you can even see some actor's pores!! I was comparing it too my uncle's Bravia (his is about 2 years old) yesterday and the picture on this TV makes his look obsolete.My only issue is minor clouding. After reading other forums I was aware of this potential issue, although I thought this only occurred on grey imports sold via other dodgy on-line sites. Mine was purchased directly from Amazon and I can confirm I have experienced it also. It is really evident on a black screen when there is no video source. I cant' really see it when I am watching a film, however now I'm looking for it instead of enjoying the film.SD viewing is another story - once you have seen HD you can't go back. I wish every channel was HD now. I guess it SD looks OK, however it is a little blurry - I guess this set is really designed for HD.I would have given this set 5 stars if it weren't for the clouding. I don't know if clouding is something that effects all LCD TVs...although I probably would not have noticed it if I had not read about it beforehand.PS - It also ooks pretty sweet. Just need a stand to match it.

Confused? Yeah, I was too

I know that the majority of people reading this review are doing so because they can't decide whether this tv is the masterpiece that 'What Hi-Fi' say it is, or the cloud ridden mess that 'AV Forums' will suggest.I know that's what you're thinking because I was in the exact same position. I spent hours agonising over whether to take the risk and buy this tv or compromise and buy a Panasonic. I took that risk and I do not regret my decision at all.I was completely unaware of the problem of clouding before I started looking on the internet for ways to spend my well earned bonus and became terrified that if I bought this tv I would see huge patches of white where there should be black. That really is not the case. Can I see see some evidence of the backlight in the corners when I watch dark scenes? Marginally, perhaps. Does it spoil my watching of the tv? No. Would I have noticed it if I hadn't have been looking for it? No. Whilst my eyes automatically flick to the corners now everytime a dark scene appears, I believe my growing contentment will mean this will soon stop. I watched Lord of the Rings on normal DVD last night, which is a dark film on many occasions and had nothing but praise for the quality of the picture.I had a cheap 32" Lcd before this tv and looking at it now I can see the backlight on the screen when its completely blank. However, I was not aware of it before I learnt what clouding was and it never spoilt my viewing of that tv before, or even now that I've moved it into my bedroom and watch it regularly at night.'What Hi-Fi' consider this tv to be the best 46" tv made in 2008 and made the smaller screen version their product of the year. This tv is exceptional in the quality of picture it provides, particularly high definition, and even on standard definition freeview (although I am receiving this through a dish and not an aerial). Like everyone, I have stood in Currys and looked at some awful looking pictures on tvs of this size which scream picture noise at you (that's little pixels of colour dancing around on large areas of the screen, I think). It handles motion wonderfully and I can't wait to watch some Champions League football on ITV hd.Maybe I have been lucky and other versions of this tv have the clouding problem as badly as some of the forums will suggest. All I can say is that I love this tv, have nothing but praise for the picture it provides and do not regret buying it at all.

I am very happy with this TV. Picture is great, showing none of the blocking or similar artefacts that I have noticed on friends' flat screen TVs. I'm now re-thinking my plan to get Sky+HD and an upscaling DVD upgrade as I'm not sure that I'll notice that big an improvement.It has enough inputs and outputs of each type for me. The sound is good, although I have a home hi-fi setup to go with it so don't value that. It looks good and mounted easily with an Allcam PLB103M.Took a while for Amazon to deliver, but then they told me that up front. They included a guarantee which I think needs some admin from me to be valid.I'm pleased.

Great vacuum but what about the Plug?

Ordered this from Amazon as highly rated by Which? Actually comes from AVIDES (whoever they are?). Seems to work just fine BUT came with a foreign (European) electric plug and so have had to buy an adapter to use it. Not on really as the website and product info gave no indication of this, or even that it came from abroad. Poor Quality Control by Amazon and not sure I will trust AVIDES again.

Hartkopf Solingen pocket knife

A beautifully finished pocket knife with a 2.8 inch razor sharp lockable blade, engraved with the manufacturer's name. Quite a chunky feel to the stag antler grips, and it fills the hand well - ready for serious outdoor work rather than just opening packets or cutting string. The blade opens and closes easily enough, but there is no wobble at all when it is locked open.A handsome quality knife - thoroughly recommended

I was looking for a knife that holds its edge, and is sized for a range of uses. This knife is excellent on both counts. I also see a knife a pice of masculin art, you want them to look good and feel good in your hand. Again this does the job aesthetically attractive. I have now used it for a couple of months it's strong and flexible.

Bigger Can Be Better

This was ordered as a replacement for the original battery that had ceased to hold charge. The battery arrived with impressive speed, well packed via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery .This is obviously a much bigger battery than the original, as it holds much more charge. The size has, however, been used to good advantage to provide an upstand so that the machine's keyboard is angled at a much more user-friendly angle than with the orginal design. The topside of the battery also stands slightly proud and is rubber coated, thus forming a nice support for the screen. Both clever touches and intelligent design.Regarding performance, this is a new battery, so it remains to be seen how it will perform over time. However, after its initial full charge, some use has taken it down to 96% charge, but it is still registering that it has 8 hours usage remaining, which bodes well.

Simply brilliant.

Bought this wireless modem router largely on the strength of the excellent reviews of other Billion routers and to date I have not been disappointed. The previous Thompson wireles router was unreliable; it dropped the signal with annoying regularity. This was in spite of being recommended by Tiscali; even several 'phone calls to them only helped to a limited degree.In complete contrast, we've had this one for 1 month now and not once has the connection failed. Whilst there is a slight increase in speed, (upgrading from a g to an n class) the main advantage is the signal strength which easily covers the whole house and the garden.The router is supplied with telephone and ethernet cables together with a cd which contains the quick start guide and manual. The router easily set up within a few minutes and then you can alter settings by clicking onto the appropriate menu. You can enable ESSID so no one will be able to locate the access port of your router.

I purchased this to replace an aging Belkin g router. My initial choice had been a Netgear product - but it was faulty and was returned. I then studied some further reviews, and was persuaded to go for the Billion BiPAC 7300N because of its reported reliability. It was a good choice.To my mind, a router is doing its job properly when you can forget about ... I want 24/7 reliability, no signal drop outs, and a good strong signal everywhere in our 3 storey house. The Billion is delivering this.It was a doddle to set up - taking no more than 10 minutes - including configuring the security settings. My main reason for upgrading now is because a new internet-capable television in the sitting room was not reliably wirelessly streaming BBC i-player from the router in the hall (only about 5 metres away). The Billion solved this problem instantly - and I can now make full use of the TV without using an ethernet cable. No problem with streaming of HD video either.Further away from the router, a home office computer can also now stream video wirelessly and reliably. My son also reports that the quality is reliable when network gaming on his PS3.The old Belkin also had a habit of stopping working altogether - requiring it to be switched off and on again, about once a week on average. So far, no problems like this with the Billion.So, all in all I'm very pleased - it does what I want it to do, without fuss - and I can forget about it.

At Last

A modem router that runs cool, does not lose the signal or lose the adsl connection and works as it should out of the box . Goodbye Linksys (rubbish), Netgear (overated rubbish) and Belkin (really rubbish). In short this product is reliable, albeit a bit more expensive, and worth every penny. It's (as the Americans would say) a no brainer. Incidentally I use a Mac as well as a Windows 7 computer on my network and neither experience any problems.
