Excellent product, not only does the rail dry my towels but it also acts as a heater in my bathroom. This product doesn't only do its job but also looks very attractive in the bathroom and I would definitely recommend it to other customers.

fitted to the wall very easily and looked great but unfortunately did not work. The fault was with the control where the wires came into the heated rod. One e mail and they sent another one straight out and this was all round xmas. Its great that you can vary the heat on the rad rather than just on or off. Would buy from them again without hesitation
