Fantastic product, we have used Philips rechargeable tooth brushes for quite a few years now and have always been happy with their products, but this one beats all that came before. We did have have this before and unfortunalty one did stop working and we couldn't find the receipt and knew it was out of warranty, so we bought this product to replace the broken one and give the second toothbrush, sterilizer unit and charger to our daughter who was leaving home, happy all round. Does what it says it does and does it very well. Just a little extra,I had occasion to talk to Philips about a problem with my telephone, which they sorted out over the phone and I mentioned the original broken toothbrush, she tranfered me to another department and they said they would replacce it, if I returned it to them, which I did and they did replace it, within a week - I am very impressed with Philps and would recomend their products and their aftercare.
