Like most people I've been watching guitar players my whole life and saying "I wish I could do that", well I decided to give it a shot. I bought this set after taking advice not to spend too much money and I'm in no way disappointed. Firstly, it's a Les Paul copy so it's a nice heavy guitar, and it sounds great, even in my novice hands. I have no problems to report with any of the included extras, the amp & tuner both work fine and are easy to use.Also, as this is now under £150 it's a steal!, technically it's a decent beginners guitar that so far I have had no problems leaning with. It holds it's tune nicely and is easy enough to hold and use. If you want to spend more money on a Yamaha Pacifica or similar then do it, but this is perfectly acceptable for a beginner. All said it's a good way to begin playing electric without spending lots of money.However!, I would suggest if you are serious you should invest in a decent strap (& Strap locks) as the one included it crap, sorry but it is. Also I'm following free online lessons that are really helping me, Google Justin & guitar and you will find it.All said worth the money, decent enough build quality, works fine all you need is motivation and practice, practice practice! ;o)

On a hole I am very pleased with the guitar, the package arrived on time but the guitar lead was missing which ment that the guitar and amp could not be used :( however I did get in touch with Amazon customer service and explained this wa missing they told me to package the whole lot of the pack and send everything back when I protested about this as it was only the lead that was missing and could they not just send that piece I was told no the lot would have to be returned and and the part replaced and sent back to me so after a bit of confussion as the person on the other end of the phone did not understand what I was saying I then was told amazon would refund the cost of a guitar lead if I could give them a price which I was happy with at the time. But after rushing out to buy a lead from the nearest music shop before it closed for the weekend I am now £15.00 out of pocket as I have never recieved this refund and dont think I ever will, so on a whole I love the guitar it plays well nice feel to it and BEAUTIFUL finnish. Even the guy who teaches us was impress with what I got for the price. ;)

buyng a cheap guitar onine is like a lottery this time my number did not come up guitar is not set up properly and alot of buzzing on the 6th string and going to cost me over £35 to get it set up right so that was nice to know and the guitar guy in the shop seemd really ticked off that they were selling guitars of this poor quallity and not setting them up. no point in trying to send back as it would take ages for them to refund my money and i would have to wait ages to play guitar again and more hassle again will never buy a guitar online and i suggest paying the extra money to buy one for a guitar shop and it will be set up by a professional in the shop nice to look at but not too play always try before you buy everything in the kit was good apart from the main item the guitar! please folks buy a better make like vintage had an sg vintage coudlnt go wrong overall its just easyer to buy from a guitar shop!
