Needed a new battery, which was no longer available as Toshiba brand. Doubts about ordering from an Amazon 'partner' were unfounded: battery arrived in very good time and well packed.Have not given full 5 star rating because:- initial installation required a 'bit of a push' unlike the smooth fit of the Toshiba brand battery- once in place and given initial lengthy boost, the battery showed only 80 per cent charge. It needed a couple of full discharges and recharges to get to 100 per cent. I think that should be explained to purchasers.Bottom line: a really good product at a good price.
