A lifting fork is provided for handling the grill when hot.
Drains fat and oil into the moat.

Fire Basket & Pot Stand
Stainless steel.
Holds the fuel Heat beads/Briquettes or a single Cobblestone.
Bowl
Pops out of base for easy cleaning.
Fire chamber holds fire basket.
Fire-lighters are placed in the fire chamber to ignite the heat beads (not required when using a Cobblestone).
The moat can be used for cooking vegetables or for 250ml of wine, beer etc. to infuse flavour and keep food moist while cooking.
Base
Premier base is manufactured from high grade stainless steel mesh designed to keep the heat in and cold out. Always cool to touch enables cooking on any surface. Has rubber feet so wont slide
Lighting the Cobb Cobb
with heat beads in the fire basket and fire starters (not required for Cobblestone) underneath in the fire chamber. Light up time is 15-25 minutes (4 minutes for Cobblestone). Always light outdoors in a safe area. Depending on the fuel used the Cobb will provide cooking heat for up to 3 hours.

bought this earlier this week & couldn't wait to try it after reading so many rave reviews. only realised i was out of briquettes once i'd got hom so had to make do with mishaped lumpwood which, although not quite as good did the job admirably. i also bought the roasting rack which i loaded up with sausages as they were rolling all over just sat on the griddle pan, cooked alongside burgers with the lid on produced some the tastiest, moist food i've ever produced on a BBQ.........all the fat & juices ran through into the moat below & although the clean up afterwards was a bit of a chore it was still worthwhile having enjoyed such great tasting food.

i bought this for my husband's birthday. It was such a success. cheap to run, eco-friendly- uses a handful of charcoal and runs for hours. easy to clean. the compliments are endless..

I can recommend this cob BBQ it is brilliant just fire up the bricks leave for a few mins to get going start cooking and wait. It cooks brilliantly and even cleans easier than any other BBQ i have used. BUY ONE !
