I bought these on a whim as I just needed a pair of walking boots with a decent sole but not a three season plus boot.These are great - I have wide feet and they fit very well. They will give a little as well which I need for those downhill bits.I intend taking these to the Himalayas this year as they will be ideal for those trails. They are a light boot so will be good for my shins. They have the Teva version of gortex in them so will keep dry on wet walks - I hate goreex as it makes me far too hot!Great value for money. Good design as well and look good for walking locally in!

I bought these sturdy walking shoes some time ago and they have a fine (true to size) fit and are waterproof. They're also not too heavy. The only downside is the built-in plastic-y smell Teva has provided. They do that sometimes with their sandals.

Nice and light, very comfortable out of the box.If you can catch them at a decent price - highly recommended.Looking forward to a trial in the lakes later this month.
