Couldn't be happier with this sauté pan. It's the perfect size for 4 generous main course portions. It's relatively lightweight compared to most cast iron pans but still feels incredibly durable. The handles are perfectly sized and easy to hold when moving around the hob or in and out of the oven. I am certain we will have this for life and pass it onto our kids. It's a great investment which we use daily.
