Product Description
Homescapes specialises in high quality filled products. Their duvets and pillows can be found in leading hotel groups and also the quality retailers in the UK and elsewhere. All duvets and pillows manufactured by Homescapes are produced in one of the largest factory of the natural pillows and duvets. This factory is also manufacturing for the leading department stores and high street names in the UK. So in effect a Homescapes duvet and pillow is at least as good as the ones available in most respected department stores in the UK like John Lewis or House of Fraser. The basic reasons of this claim rests on use of good fabric, an excellent treatment of the filling and due care and attention in the stitching and filling of the duvets. All fabrics are in a very high thread count, minimum being 233 TC, treated for being down proof and rigorously tested for their performance. The feathers are treated to the European Oekotex standard at a very high temperature and each shipment is accompanied with the quality certification of a proper treatment. This kills all the dust mites and makes these feathers cleaner and healthier than any alternative. Due care is then taken while manufacturing these duvets, all the edges are always stitched with a twin needle sewing machine so the feathers cannot squeeze out . Duvets are stitched in continental style, with a box baffle stitch which means each section is separated with a wall. This makes Homescapes duvets loftier, warmer and an ultimate sleeping experience. Absolutely delighted with this all seasons duvet. Hung it over my bannisters for 24 hours and it fluffed up and quadrupled in size to how it was when removed from packaging.A dream to sleep under, very comfortable and snug especially on these fast approaching colder nights. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great combination of duvets. Excellent customer service from Homescapes regarding several questions before purchase and great delivery-would not hesitate to use again.

I am delighted with this quilt. The first quilt I had a down & feather filling.Cost prevented me from staying with them.Now I have returned to feather & down, I know why I liked them so much.The modern filling by using squares means that it only requires a minimal shake toget it ready for the next use, therefore easier for more mature citizens.Great quality. Well worth the slightly higher price.

This is the second duvet I have bought from this company. The first is still fine but the cat peed on it and it is a bit too cold to get in the washing machine and put out to dry.The new one is just like the first, fabulous. You can tell how warm it is, we have no heat in the bedroom, the door is closed to keep the cat out and we are only using the 9tog. In fact sometimes it gets a bit too hot. While I was waiting for the new quilt I had the 4.5tog part of the quilt on the bed in the coldest weather in January and we were still absolutely fine.The best part is because of the box system, none of the filling migrates to the bottom of the bed. Highly recommended.
