They have a woven inner core between two outer layers that are UV stabilised with a rot resistant black/brown reversible finish.

My garden pond developed a serious leak and was having to top up at least 3 to 4 times a day.Searched Amazon and found the very product. A Polyex laminated liner with a woven inner core,easy to instal and a 25yr guarantee.Delivery was super fast too. Very pleased with this product.
