If you enjoy road running and are a medium over pronator the 20/21 series of running shoes are for you. Forefoot has good cushioning as has the heel. The 2140's appear to be slightly harder in the heel than 2130 but still suit my running style. Even on my longer training runs of 18 km I have no soreness in my feet or legs. the rest of me is another matter!These shoes are still good value for money and great value if you value your feet and legs.For info Asics have just released the 2150 sryle but the 2140's are available at a lower cost.

i am very pleased with running shoes ,i run 20 miles a week so need good footwear and would reccomend to anyone.
