I was a bit warey of buy trainers over the internet as I'm used to trying them on before I buy. My feet are wide and a half size. As these were available in half sizes I decided to take the plung and so far they fit well and don't rub and most shoes have done in the past until I get used to them and they loosen up.

the shoes arrived within 2 days, they are comfortable and cushioned. if you want shoes for training in through the winter these meet the bill.
