5Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant...
By NickmHall
I needed to just sneak through the airport hand baggage allowances in Europe, which is getting more of a chore, and still hold lots of stuff. I'd read good things about the Think Tank and took the plunge, I'm so glad I did! It's brilliant. It looked pretty small when it arrived and honestly it looked like a grave error. But then I started loading, and kept loading, and loaded some more stuff into it. It just keeps swallowing equipment and in the end I had a Sony PMW-EX1 (not a small camera by any stretch), a Canon 550D, four lenses, filters, all the accompanying stuff except for chargers, which are strong enough to go in my main bag on the plane. It even managed my 15" Macbook. It is just astounding how much stuff this bag will take and, though the padding is on the conservative side, it's enough to protect your gear as long as you don't throw it around.Technically it's a few cm too deep for carry on baggage with Ryanair etc, too, but it's so inconspicuous and looks so small that I have never been ordered to throw it in the cage! Also, you'd never know this was a camera bag, unless you have the tripod strapped to it, and that counts for a lot too!Is it the best bag on the market? I think it might just be. It's between this and the Cinebags one, and this is much smaller on the outside and much more subtle.

5By far the best camera bag I ever had!
By F. Odds
My wife thinks I'm mad. I own several camera bags and she can't see why one won't do. I bought the ThinkTank Streetwalker Laptop after looking at lots of different bags in a shop. I needed something to take with me on a major trip to New Zealand. The bag had to fit within airline cabin bag size limits (this one does) and had to hold all my photo kit for this trip: a Canon 5D camera, 24-105 F4, 70-200 F4, 300 mm, flashgun and various attachments and bits and pieces -- oh yes, and my laptop. This bag did the job beautifully. I really can't sing its praises too highly.I had never heard of ThinkTank before, but under pressure of time I bought the bag in the shop there and then. (I wish I could have hung on for Amazon: the price here is competitive.) I have absolutely no regrets. Every last detail of this beauty has been thought through with enormous care, and the quality of the product is exceptionally high. My sole motivation for writing this review is that I noticed there weren't any here, and I wanted to pass on the good news. This bag will not disappoint. It has been extensively reviewed elsewhere: there's a great review on ThinkTank's own website. The author seems not to be a stooge -- I agree with his every comment -- but the photos there show you how brilliantly this bag can handle a ton of kit. (Google to find this review.)Now my wife thinks I'm even more crazy for buying a small shoulder bag to carry just the camera and one or two lenses suitable for a specific outing. But the ThinkTank remains my 'base camp' carrier of all the photo kit I own: a marvellous product indeed!

5Status report after 6 weeks: so far so good!
By M.P.
I've replaced a Lowepro Computrekker AW with this. At first sight I was a little worried, it looked smaller compared the Lowepro but there is much more space in this Think Tank. The zippers look like a more advanced construction compared to the Lowepro, I hope they will last longer. You can hide the waist belt behind the padding for your lower back. This is a huge plus. The tripod holder is much better. The raincover is not built in (if you have a Lowepro AW you know what I'm talking about) so it takes more time to cover the bag.
