I needed to replace my 100% down duvet which I loved. We had used a Silk duvet while on holiday in Canada but because it was in a rather heavy cover were unable to judge just how light it would be. We have had them for about a month now and have used both. My husband loves them, I like them. I would say both duvets are lighter but not as warm as the equivalent togs in 100% down. I have never used a 9 Tog and a 4.5 together as they would have been too heavy for me, however if this winter is as cold as last year, may resort to doing so - in which case I'll get the warmth and the lightness! At this stage I'm still hoping I'll like it more as I get used to it, but do miss my Down one!

Very pleased with silk duvet which arrived just in time for the cold weather. I am using it with a 1000 thread duvet cover which probably helps to keep heat in. Interesting to see how it fairs in warmer weather used as a 4.5 duvet. Would recommend this product and seller even though had to wait for delivery for 2 weeks but worth the wait.

I was amazed by this product. I couldn't believe that something so light & thin would be able to keep me warm. I gulped at the price but having read the reviews decided to bite the bullet & give it a try. BUY IT! we've never had such a good nights sleep. It really does regulate your body temperature. You'll never get too hot or too cold.
