I bought this for my mother-in-laws 80th birthday as she can no longer wear a watch and missed having one to hand. It is lovely. The watch face is a reasonable size a bit larger than a normal size wrist watch and is on a long chain. She is so pleased with it that apart from bedtime she doesn't take it off. This particular present I am not expecting to receive back for MY birthday!!

I don't like watches on my wrist, but I need a watch - especially when driving to the station ! When I first saw this I thought it was too small - but actually the design is such that I can, just be a quick glance down see the time quite clearly - I think they have put a bit of magnification on the glass - or designed it really well - so it is perfect. Very pretty little watch with a very nice substantial matching chain - not a cheap nasty one like other pendant watches I have bought. The face is slightly mother of pearl with a little shimmer that is very attractive. I took a chance based on the previous review and am glad I did. An excellant purchase !
