I really like these. They fit very well considering I brought them over the net. They are heavy to begin with and I advise other buyers to use them sparingly for the first couple of weeks so that your feet and ankles can get used to them. However, once you get going, they are very comfortable and springy. They do make your bottom half work.

Really comfortable shoes. Felt a little bit strange at first but now really love them. Hope to do a lot more walking and lose heaps of weight when the weather gets warmer!!

Been wearing these for about a week now and they are very comfy. Doesn't feel like they are doing anything different for me than a normal pair of walking shoes - however, I do a lot of walking everyday anyway, so perhaps this is why (about a 45 minute brisk walk each way to and from work every day). I have knocked a star off, simply because the quality is not brilliant - there were some parts of the trainer where the stitching was not good. If I had been in an actual shoe shop I would have asked to see a different pair.
