The wood is very good quality, and the futon itself very good too. Being a 2 seater, it does take a few days for the matress to spring down a bit. It was very easy to set up, just in 2 hours. And the service from the seller was excellent.

The sofa bed is heavy and of excellent quality. The customer service was excellent. When the product arrived it was missing some of the bolts necessary. These were couriered out to us and arrived within two days. Then when the item arrived I realised Ihad ordered the wrong colour, again customer services were great and because of the problems with the bolts, they agreed to uplft the wrong colour and replace with the right one, without charging me for the carriage which could have been £30. Impressed by all these things. On a constructional note however, please note the bed is heavy and requires more than one person to open and close, also it required strengthening at the foot end( the section that folds underneath itself as my husband( a carpenter) felt that this was a possible weakness as it may have splayed at that part if people sat at that end. Beyond that it is well made and the futon section is dense and quite comfortable.

Very pleased with this purchase.Pros: Looks good and visitors have commented that as a bed it is very comfortable if a bit soft, and for a small sofa you get a very decent sized bed with this futon.Cons: For five stars it would have to be easier to convert back from sofabed to sofa, I find it quite heavy when I try to fold it back up.It took a bit of guesswork putting it together as the instruction manual is not particularly clear (am used to the Ikea ones which are much more detailed in terms of which type of screw goes where exactly).
