This version of Adobe CS4 is definitely not for the feint hearted. The price tag alone is enough to shock you back to the stone age, but you are paying for what's probably the most impressive suite of creative applications available and the tools are quite incredible.For my part, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver are the mainstay of the suite, and if I'm honest I don't really know what most of the other applications are for, or how to get the best from them yet, so I've probably spent more than I needed for the moment. But it's good to be prepared.Adobe have packed the collection with overviews, tutorial files and there are plenty of links to online video resources to help you get to grips with the new tools and elements you're not so familiar with. Overall this is a superb, if expensive package - be sure you know what you want to achieve from this collection before you spend the money though.

Someone who worked for me purchased this and installed it on their machine by download. Upon leaving we wanted to transfer it on another machine but could find no disks and spending hours of the terrible adobe website shows no download links. Spending many more hours contacting adobe by phone we are finally told after one week by email that Adobe does NOT provide a download link for previous versions (only latest) and will not send out duplicate media disks. So 1,500 pounds thrown away!!I find this behaviour completely unacceptable so please be warned what to expect by way of support if you buy this or later versions.
