I bought this set after a good long think as they're not cheap. The wife thought I was mad! However they are something else to behold. Beautiful steel and a solid yet supple feel. They are simply gorgeous. Cooking is so munch more enjoyable when you have good kit and I've since bought Swiss Diamond pans too and it's just a joy to be in the kitchen. My wife has even eaten her words and loves the knives too - I offered to chop them up for her but, as it's just great to cut things with Tojiro knives!
