I've used this product since last week. Being a General Practitioner I wanted an accurate and quick analysis of patients. I've compared to it to more expensive Pulse oximeter we have in our surgery. Nonin Go2 is accurate and very quick in booting up and perfect calibration. I would highly recommend it to any Physician to carry in their emergency bags.

I have been very impressed with this pulse-oximeter so far, having received it within only 2 days or placing order, complete with manual, battery and 2 year warranty. The price is good given the well known brand name. Most Nonin pulse oximeters cost well over £100.The pulse-oximeter seems very robust, though somewhat chunky (7 x 3.5 x 2.3cm). Booting up takes seconds, and the readings (oxygen saturation & pulse) are continuous and rarely lose contact.Readings seem accurate, though I have not had the opportunity to test under different conditions & temperatures yet. I particularly like the fact it uses only one AAA battery, whereas most other pulse oximeters use 2, though have not had the chance to see how long this would last. Also like the back light which comes on automatically under low light conditions.Overall a very good well made product from a well known reliable brand. Main slight criticism is the case has to be purchased separately for £6, as is the lanyard. Given the price, it would have been nice if case could have been included.....

I bought this O2 saturation monitor for use on our asthmatic daughter. I purchased it purely as an aid, not to rely on it solely, but when she becomes unwell with an exacerbation she has a tendency to look deceptively well and it is not until her oxygen saturations are checked does it become clear how poorly she is. As a staff nurse working in respiratory medicine I was impressed with the quality of the monitor, and how light and compact it is. the readings are equal to those of our high spec saturation monitors on the ward, and it works quickly and is easy to read. Excellent value for money compared to the average portable SO2 monitors on the market, particularly as it is a Nonin - a well known reliable brand used by in Primary care and in the acute setting. The only issue was that the first one i ordered before christmas never arrived and I had to apply for (and received) afull refund, however this was not the suppliers fault but that of the postal service. The second one I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I can't comment on durability as we haven't had it long but first impressions are excellent.
