Three reasons why this is the best pepper mill money can buy.#1 - The construction is fantastic. Beautiful dark wood and cast iron which complements perfectly the rest of the Skeppshult range. I know several professional chefs that swear by their pans. It feels good and heavy in the hand and there's enough of each section to make gripping and twisting it easy and comfortable.#2 - There is no central spindle, so reloading is far easier than traditional mills.#3 - It features the ceramic [...] system which, as the name suggests, crushes and then grinds the pepper corns resulting in a much more consistent particle size that releases a much stronger flavour.It's not an exaggeration to say that I actually enjoy using this thing.
