I hesitated about buying this casserole because of the price but decided to take advantage of a good offer. So glad I did! Superb quality and nice size for big dinners! Speedy delivery too (in the run up to Christmas).

I had a Le Cruset Casserole dish when I married in the late 60's, and it did last quite a while, but this is something else !!! I am a good cook and have used this for everything, I have given some pans to charity now I have this one. It frys, it goes in the oven- everything you could want. !!!

Very disappointed with this pan. Le Creuset has a good image producing generally high quality products.This pan has a very poorly designed lid that does not fit the base properly. There is too much gap between the edge of the lid and the pan base. When cooking in the oven with the lid on, the gap causes great deal of evaporation of the liquid, so you have to seal it with a piece of foil. For its price, which is high, definately not up to Le Creuset standards and I would not recommend this pan to anyone.
