I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. She's absolutely delighted with it and it's a huge improvement from her old tripod style easel which had a tendency to fall over if you touched it in the wrong way.It's very easy to adjust the height and it can take extremely large canvases with ease.Setting it up was fairly straightforward, although there was some confusion as the main extender arm needed to be taken out and turned the right way around (and one part took a bit of coercion to get into place). Once it was set up, there's been one very very contended painter working away on it. I think this easel will be in use for a long long time.
