The screwdriver heads it came with are a bit naff, but they are easily replaced.The batteries don't last very long, but they haven't been fully charged and discharged very much yet, so that should improve over time.When in drilling into anything particularly solid, like stone or concrete, it will seize up even if hammer is on. Fortunately I have a corded SDS hammer drill, and not dependant on the Draper cordless for these types of jobs.Overall, a solid built bit of kit.Comfortable to use.Can handle most "everyday" type of jobs without fuss.Misleading with the hammer function though. This is NOT a drill to be used where you would normally turn the hammer on.If you need a cordless hammer drill replacement, this drill is not for you.

I bought this drill a few weeks ago, due to an older one, finally giving up on me after 11 yrs. Im hoping for at least a similar life from this unit ? It has served me well so far, the only hiccup so far has been when using small drill bits, they are difficult to lock onto. You tighten the chuck, but have to take great care, or else the bit either wobbles or slips in the chuck. Im aware of this now & take more time to make sure the bit is well located before using. But that, so far, has been its only drwaback, not bad given the usage Ive put it through since buying this model. The case is great having sections to hold spare bits etc & the recharge rate is good, great that it has 2 batteries, so 1 on charge whilst using the other. Not run out yet, before the other is fully charged, so no waiting about, I can just carry on. Overall, given this unit isnt the most expensive on the matket, it certainly rates up there & is meeting all my requirements, easily, apart from that small bit fitting. A small price to pay for a drill so versatile to date.

EARLY DAYS BUT I HAVE USED THE DRILL A COUPLE OF TIMES.THE POWER IS FANTASTIC AS GOOD AS A MAINS DRILL,IT WENT INTO BRICK ,LIKE A KNIFE THROUGH BUTTER.THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE SERVICE FROM AMAZON WAS BRILLIANT.I WOULD PERSONALLY RECOMMEND THIS DRILL FOR THE EVERYDAY DIY'ER ITS GREAT.EASY TO HOLD AND USE A GOOD CARRY CASE,FOR THE PRICE A VERY GOOD PRODUCT.
