From time I submitted the order to receiving the order it was a very fast turnaround. No hassle , the guitar is lovely , I'm a moderate beginner but love this guitar, sound , set up look and feel. I have 4 other guitars , and all I do is spend most of my time on this beautiful guitar, with amp or without sounds great .. Thoroughly recommend ..

i received my washburn j3 guitar today and if its possible for a guitar to have a wow factor its got to be this one i cant play it yet but the j3 natural is nice just to look at you can tell by the quallity the company know a thing or two about making fantastic products it sounded almost in tune when taken out of its box and the string height adjusters are very easy to use so the action is very light on the finger tips and i give its value for money a massive big thumbs up at the moment i cant fault it and i was again very pleased with the service from amazon 5 massive gold stars

If a guitar can be beautiful... this is the one.It is a well balanced 'blonde' with crisp clear sound. It has an adjustable bridge which sets the strings slightly higher than normal, but makes it much easier to pick.This is by far the best guitar out of the 5 I have.I am trying to find out what gauge strings I should use on it.If you fancy one of these, don't hesitate.
