Love it, but no cleaning instructions

This came via DHL from Germany and arrived very quickly, just 4 days after ordering. I bought it as I'm marathon training and I found waist bottles too uncomfortable. I chose this rather than a Camelbak because it is a vest design and I had heard that the strapping on a camelbak can cause chafing. The vest is really comfortable, it's designed for girls so fits nicely across the chest without squishing anything with a little clippy thingy just under the sternum. The fit can be adjusted via two straps on either side and via another adjustable strap across the front. It takes a while to get the fit right but it's well worth the effort. The shoulders are nicely padded without being bulky. There are two pockets on the front, one zipped, big enough for a phone, an MP3 player and a couple of gels and a mesh pocket with a drawstring that you can get 3 or 4 gels in or a bag of jelly babies. The rear of the vest is nicely padded and has two compartments; a large one that holds the water bladder and a smaller one that you could get a lightweight top in - the compartments are waterproof so the contents won't get sweaty. However, the vest gives you a very sweaty back - more than usual and I'm not sure how that's going to feel after 26.2 miles. The vest didn't rub or chafe and after the first mile, by which time I'd filtered out the sound of sloshing, all was well. The vest doesn't feel heavy at all even full up. Drinking from it was quite straightforwad, open the valve and bite gently. Stop biting and the flow stops. Not worked out how to give it a really good clean yet as there were no instructions; probably Milton's fluid or similar. The bladder will be OK, it's the tubing and mouthpiece I'm thinking of. The vest itself is machine washable. I love it.
