It would have been helpful if included in the sales pitch was the fact that the pan has a non-stick coating, which I would have prefered that it did not. Nowhere does it clearly state that it is non-stick. Let's hope that the manufacturer lives up to their warranty responsibilies when the coating starts to come off, as I am sure it will!

After getting into more serious cooking in the last year or so, I decided I needed to purchase some pans that will serve me well and enter the journey with me, as it were.This pan works for me because you can put it on any hob and/or in the oven. Therefore I can use it for frying or browning meet (indeed it's wide enough to do a good fry-up in it!) then enter any other ingredients and put the lid on and wack it in the oven for a long cook or whatevers needed.No none-stick-nonsence something that will really last the course.Great.

Love this pan ! So well made. I use it all the time. Cook in it- serve at the table, excellent. Gets very favorable comments from others too.
