When I ordered my shoes, it got lost in the mail but amazon sent a replacement free of charge with express delivery! The shoes are very soft but at the start it was hurting the little of toe of my right foot but after a couple of days I got used to it and now I must say they are very good shoes at a reasonable price

I bought these shoes for my son who was very pleased with the style and fit when they came out of the box. However, after just one week one of the shoes had started fraying near a lace eyelet and both soles had started coming away! Although the product seems sturdy enough I feel the sole is poorly designed. I would buy 'Vans' again for my son, but will avoid this particular style of sole.
