I bought one of these to enable me to keep and eye on my house when I'm not there. It's handy because the cameras are not part of the unit, but plug into it which means that the cameras thenselves are quite small and unobtrusive. The unit itself can be out of sight somewhere.It was a little fiddly to set up but it's been working quite happily since then, for three years now. I've rigged mine up to get swicthed on when I set the house alarm and it's been quite happy having the power switched off and on a couple of times a day due to this.Two cameras can be connected. I have one with infra red LEDs looking into the lounge, and a tiny normal one looking out of the window.I have an app on my Android phone which lets me view the camera feeds remotely.I can view the cameras from a computer using a web browser.
