I bought the "Confidence Inversion Table" as I've long been suffering from chronic backaches and neckache and now suffer from collapsing spinal discs and the pain was starting to get somewhat unbearable. I have felt for some while that I would benefit from inversion therapy and wondered if you could get it on the NHS but found you couldn't. When I got a "windfall" by winning a small sum in a competition I decided to treat myself to an inversion table for my home and see if it really would do any good.What an excellent service I got from this seller! REALLY swift delivery - a couple of days! and a what a BRILLIANT product. With the obvious precautions of health considerations (ask your doctor first) - I'd recommend ANYBODY with back/neck/spine/muscle problems to try one of these tables - they're WONDERFUL (once you've got used to them & providing you take them steadily & slowly at first by only inverting to approx 30 degrees for a few minutes a day to start with!) You gradually build up your time on the machine and eventually increase the incline somewhat but - contrary to popular belief you are unlikely to need to go TOTALLY upside down like a bat!! LOLInversion tables have long been used in the USA by the armed forces who make it a mandatory part of their troops' recovery program when returning from manouevres or hard training that they spend some time upside down as it has been proven that the body recovers more quickly and better when this is practised; and on the continent and Asia by corporations such as Volvo who made it a part of their company policy to use this facility or take out compulsory medical insurance!Overall I am highly delighted with the product & the service I received!Highly recommended product and seller!Only TINY drawback is that although it DOES fold down, you really can't be doing that every day so you need somewhere to leave it assembled. I don't really care so I leave mine up in my living room - at least I can listen to the telly at the same time as I'm on it!

I found this table fantastic for my back pain, having two prolapsed disks and sciatica I found it very benificial in streching my spine.Instant relief.

Before buying this table I did quite a bit of reading up on them. It seems the jury is out as to whether they are a miracle cure or a danger to all man kind.All I can say is that I'm incredibly glad I took the gamble.Yes, it took a few days to get used to being inverted.Yes, it does feel your head will explode for the first few times.Yes, it does take a while to get your feet comfortable.Yes, it can be a ball ache to put up and away.And yes, it is a ugly so & so.However, I have slept through every night since my first go. This has rarely happened in the last ten years since I damaged my lower vertebra. No more, being woken up every two or three hours with pain and spending precious sleep time searching for a comfortable position. I can't go as far to say that my back is cured, but the relief is instant and lasts for hours. More than enough to get me through the night and through a days work too. I've not had to take a pain killer since either.My routine is 2-3 minutes twice day. This might sound a lot but it's quick & easy. Early morning and last thing at night. If I tweak my back during sports or what ever I pop on again as soon as I can & sigh with relief.As for this particular model, build quality is great and it arrived in less than 24hrs!Go for it.
