Does the stool relieve coccyx pain while sitting? Yes!Not only does it have a cut-out where your coccyx is, but also your knees help take some pressure off your bottom.Can this stool be used all day long? NoAfter an hour or two it causes knee discomfort because of lack of movement and pressure on the knees reducing blood circulation.Can people of different heights use it? YesThe pivot in the middle of the chair can be moved increasing or decreasing the distance between the seat pad and the knee pad.Is it good for your posture? YesDespite no back support you should be able to maintain your posture effortlessly for hours. In fact it's even easier than my Herman Miller Aeron.Quality? MediocreThe stool quality is somewhat disappointing. Office Depot produce a posture chair for £54 which is of equal quality. The seat material, although nice, is a little bit slippery which does not matter for the seat pad, but does matter for the knee pad as you may find yourself doing the splits occasionally. One nice feature of this stool is that it has plenty of padding.Conclusion:If you surfer from coccyx pain I whole heartedly recommend this product. It's not perfect, but it will relieve your pain for a couple of hours per day (I don't recommend using it for more unless you want serious knee problems.Despite some quibbles I have given this stool 5 stars because, quite simply, it's the only product I have come across that actually helps relieve coccyx pain while sitting.Note: I would not recommend this product for someone who doesn't suffer from coccyx pain as there are cheaper better value stools available.
