If you have a clean running action with little pronation or supination then this is a comfortable and highly supportive shoe, however a couple of problems probably mean that it is not a good choice for wet cross country running. Recommended.ProsVery comfortable and highly supportive. I believe that most of the technologies available for running shoes are used in their construction.Light weightCool in hot weather yet warm in cold conditions.ConsThe top part of the shoe is not waterproof so expect soggy socks on a wet run.Not very grippy in heavy mudNot the best looking shoe on the market

I've tried loads of running shoes over the years but have stuck with the Kayano since I first tried a Kayano 8....and I'm now upto a Kayano 16! :-)Very comfy shoe, supports my overpronating left leg & has good cushioning.I've recommended these shoes to many runners..and they all love them.I always buy last years model as it's usualy about £50 cheaper!Regarding UK sizes I'm a 10 & an Asics 10 is a perfect fit...I find Adidas require at least 1/2 a size bigger than your foot size.Asics also do some very good off road shoes with Goretex to keep your feet dry, but this shoe is a road shoe or dry woodland path shoe.

This shoes are fitting my size very well, i have measure 28 cm (about 43 EUR) but this 9.5 UK fits very well, i reccomend to buy 1 measure up .. as for running there is need to have larger sized sport shoes. This morning i used them for the first time, they are very comfortable and for 5 km (3.12 Miles) my feet felt not so tired after all as they were with my old Adidas. As for the design, they are not the best looking shoes on the market .. but for the function of running shoes, in my opinion are the best, and the amazon price is very good !
