Upon opening the packet I found the arms were a little bent and twisted but with a little gentle adjustment managed to get it near back to shape without any breakage. The light was allot longer than thought and I had to modify it by removing the chain completely and shortening the flex but once fitted it became a feature of the room

I was unaware that this product was self assembly, so got a bit of a shock when it arrived. It is reasonably easy to put together but you need patience to thread all the decorations on. It also doesn't come with a ceiling plate or light bulbs. Once up it looks stunning though.

Quite difficult to put up, because no hook provided and chain too long. But once installed looks brilliant! Delivered quickly and intact.
