I seems to do what it's supposed to do. It's not a heavy duty rotavator eg.it baulks at trying to dig up heavy turf ,but as a tiller (hence the nickname)for preparing flower beds etc. it works fine. The only downside is there's noclutch ;for safety you need two hands to switch it on but it then shoots offuntil you get properly in control again.It's not a toy and it does useful work.

My husband bought this and its excellent, As he has mobility problems he found it very easy to use and it does exactly what its meant to in a very short space of time. excellent product,highly recommended

If you haven't used a Tiller/Rotovator before I suggest you read the instructions first!This particular Garden Tiller is good for the smaller garden.It cuts through the soil leaving it fine, clump free and ready to leave through the winter to rest or to plant flowers or vegetables in the spring.Make sure you have removed all stones from the area before using the Tiller or else you will blunt the Tiller's blades and throw the stones into the air which could hit someone or a window!Also, when you switch it on brace yourself and be ready to go or it will run off without you!Saying all that, I'm pleased to have bought this product and it has done my soil wonders - I use it to work manure and compost into the soil as well and it mixes it all together very well.It wasn't too expensive so it is a good item for the gardener on a budget and being small it doesen't take up much space in the shed.
