I've been using this ABS belt for about 8 weeks and have, admittedly, missed the odd session due to either forgetfulness or tiredness. However, I have lost nearly one and a half inches from my waist and have a noticeably flatter belly. I have combined useage with a sensible diet and plenty of brisk walks but I am certain it's the belt that has made the big difference. I'm in my fifties and weigh around 9 and a half stone at 5foot 6inches so wasn't overly porky but I could feel my tummy wobble as I walked and had the tell-tale roll over my jeans when I sat down. It isn't over yet but I think I may dare a two piece swimsuit for the first time in at least ten years. Not bad, eh?
