I bought a pair of these tongs about 11 years ago for my wife. They cost £97.50 back then, so not a lot of difference to todays price. She has used them at least 2/3 times per week and they have been absolutely brilliant. Sad to say that after all that time they broke down with wear and tear to the electric cable.These were the only tongs my wife would accept as a replacement as they have an on/off switch, temperature control and proper ceramic plates, and she says they feel right when using them.
