I ordered 2 small natural double sheepskin rugs. Within the recommended delivery date, I received 1 medium double natural sheepskin rug. I e-mailed the supplier and explained what happened. They promptly replied with their apologies and dispatched the 2 small double sheepskin rugs I ordered with a return (fully paid postage) bag for me to send the medium rug back in; all within the week.The rugs are lovely thick and evenly colour toned. The stitching holding the rugs together can only be seen or noticed from underneath and look very sturdy.These rugs fit perfectly on either side of my 6 x 4 foot bed. Such a pleasure to wake in the morning and touch soft luxury instead of cold wooden floors.I would recommmend a non slip base lining for under the rugs to prevent accidents and provide support and protection for the backing of the sheepskin.

The customer service from this company is second to none and my rug is beautiful far superior quality from the ones I saw in the shops and I don't know how they can sell them so cheaply if you want a sheepskin rug that looks and feels gorgeous then you can buy from Lambland with total confidence

The rug arrived quickly, appears to be of very good quality (at least as good as any that I have seen in retail shops).
