i would advise anyone with back problems not prolapse discs to get this product theres a lot of gimmicks out there but this isnt one,very good for muscle spasms and to just ease your back,just lie on it and move up and down or just relax my back loves it.

The Original Backstretcher I think this is an excellent product for people suffering from muscular back pain.It really loosens you up & makes the back feel more supple & less painful.It must be used carefully however,& only for very short periods at a time,particularly if you have arthritis (spondylosis).Even with arthritic pain one needs to keep the muscles in trim though.I find it better to lie still for a minute or two in one position at a time rather than to roll on it.My particular problem is thoracic spondylosis affecting just one injured joint in my upper back.A friend of mine who purchased the backstretcher a while ago tells me that it makes his back feel alive,& he uses it every day.

LOVE this product. My parents own one so I had already tried it out before buying. It's quite a bit more expensive than some similar models on the market but I think it is worth every penny.I have been using it, alongside posture and core muscle exercises, to relieve the upper back pain and postural problems I developed during pregnancy and breastfeeding and from carrying around 2 young children. Can literally feel it working when you're on there (it takes a bit of getting used to) and I feel and see the difference in my posture afterwards.
