Only had it for a few days but so far i am loving it.I am puzzled as to why there is such little user feedback about this on the internet.Anyway, i was 50/50 between this and the m227wd, they are both pretty similar but the m227wd has a lot great positive feedback which was swaying me somewhat. But after visiting avforums and finding a very helpful member called scritty, i took what i thought was a chance. I was mistaken. No chance at all, from what i can gather now (from owning this one) it is almost exactly the same as the m227wd but an inch bigger and a lot nicer - all for almost the same price.The menus are crisp and clear, obviously created with modern higher resolutions and bigger display sizes in mind.The signal stength seems to be stronger than my old freeview box, but it was a good 3/4 years old so it's very possible it was a bit of old tech collecting the signal.I feel it looks nicer in person, a lot moreso than the pictures of it on the net.The remote control is comfortable, the button layout is perfectly normal.(some people have said they have trouble getting to digital tv, but not for me, so i'm not sure whether it's just people being silly or some were packaged with the wrong remote)A couple of minor negatives.I'll get the 'big one' out of the way first. Yes, the speakers are somewhat poor. For watching TV they are adequate, for movies/music/games you really do need to buy something seperate. But, i knew of this going in, it is common in smaller LCD tvs as they just don't have the space to put better quality speakers in the set. So it depends on your personal preference whether this is actually a negative or not. For me, not so much.A feature i liked on my brothers older LG was the ability to change the picture (vivid, movie, sports etc) and sound (game, movie, sports etc) with buttons on the remote without having to go through the menus. This is not so for the m2394d. You have to go through the picture or audio settings in the main menu, it doesn't take long and it's not hard to get to... but it would be nice to be able to do it without having to do that - especially the picture settings as the menu takes up a lot of the screen and it would be nice to be able to compare how it changes. (This one may just be me being picky though) Aspect ratio though can be changed with a button on the remote without having to go through menus.On a side note, as mentioned earlier my brother has an older HD LCD made by LG. He has had it for something like two and a bit years and not come across a problem, so i'm expecting this one will be of the same quality. The m2394d (and all LG tvs i believe) is covered by a 3 year manufacturer warrenty which is niceAnyway i've probably forgot some stuff, but this is long enough as it is and you're most likely bored of me.Hope this has helped.

Before i found out about this monitor about this monitor i was deadset to get the M227WD which is supposed to be a really good monitor but then i came across this monitor was nearly exactly the same price but it was apparently a 23 inch monitor with a TV tuner just like the other monitor and the specifications of this monitor were also much better. I decided to take a chance and it was good i did because this monitor is loads better than the M227WD and it has a lot of ports including 2 HDMI, DVI, 2 scart inputs and also lots more.Positives:Menus really easy to useSignal is really goodLooks really goodRemote Control easy to useGood for a TV and a Computer Monitor3 Year WarrantyNegatives:Sound is not that great but they are good for watching TV but not for things like games and i advise that if you buy this monitor for things like movie watching and playing games to buy speakersI advise that if you have a choice of getting this monitor or the M227WD to get this monitor because it is much better and costs nearly the exact same price
