Initially had problems loading it onto my PC. Web Standard would roll through the initial 'checking system status' screen and then crash my Windows XP Pro. (Blue screen.) Two separate one hour phone calls to Adobe Support failed to resolve the problem. Turned out to be my copy of Office 2007 has a 'save a file as a pdf' feature, and this was clashing with Web Standard. Un-installed Office 2007 and Web Standard installed quite easily.Anyway... This is a complex and 'deep' piece of software. If you are a complete beginner it can be very daunting. I'm not a computer beginner - I have ECDL Advanced and I teach 'Office' - but I'm still fumbling around in the dark. Half way through a 10 week evening class, and it's beginning to make sense. But only just.Tried to buy a decent book, and was surprised at how few books there are on CS4. Plenty on the previous version (CS3) but even Amazon were out of stock of the CS4 book I decided on. (So was just about everyone else!)Additionally, my evening class only has CS3 on their PC's, so the training only 'matches up' to what's on my PC 80% of the time. Resorted to taking my laptop (with CS4) to the classes.I'm sure this is a 5 star piece of software, but I don't feel qualified (4 weeks after a bought it) to give it more than 4 stars - I simply don't know enough about it yet.
