I bought one of these for my lady on recomendation from my brother and his wife who both have them and use them a lot as they like to take long holidays abroad and are avid readers. It arrived well packaged and presented and has worked flawlessly from the outset.It has used it mostly with mobipocket format books and it perfoms flawlessly. My lady finds it easy to use even though she has only her left hand where as large paperbacks she can struggle with. my only critisism would be that it needs a cover to protect it and this should have been a standard item rather than an optional one.I would heartily recommend this to anyone wanting an ebook reader.

The Cybook Gen3 eReader is excellent and a great companion for the international traveller. I use it in airports and distance flight which saves me carrying loads of paperbacks. Additional downloads of books from the website is easy and reasonably priced. I had a tragidy when I left my Gen3 in my check-in luggage together with a heavy contract document which, due to rough handling, damaged the screen on the Gen3. However, the makers agreed to repair it for a reasonable charge and so I sent it to their Paris office and will hopefully get it back next week. I miss it like and old friend so that must be a good recommendation. Peter RangerPS Got the Cybook back from repair in excellent working order plus an extra carry bag. I've had my Cybook Gen 3 for just over a year and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an eBook reader. Easy to use and navigate through the menus.I do recommend getting a case to protect it though. It goes everywhere with me.
