Worth every penny in my book. I just would not be without it, although a little bulky in bed that is a small price to pay for the comfort this product provides. I am trying to train myself to sleep on my back so I can use the cushion all night - unfortunately old habits die hard and I still turn on to my tum! This product was purchased for my wife who has recently had a total knee replacement and leg realignment during surgery. Her leg was very painful and swollen. This leg rest support has proved very successful and is giving her much relief during the night.

I suffer from fluid retention in my legs and feet as well as arthritis and often find it really difficult to get comfortable in bed. Since using this product I can at last get comfortable and by next morning the swelling has gone. If it is more my knees that are aching I use the cushion the oposite way to the picture with the highest point underneath my knees. The cushion is firm enough to support but soft enough to be comfortable. The only problem I have is that when I use it I find the bedding puts pressure on my toes, remedy - lift the quilt so it is sitting on the matress not hanging down the side of the bed.
