Really good, only problem was getting the fittings to connect to existing pipes as the fitting supplied could have been better. Got over this by using plumbers mate. Otherwise would have given 5 stars. Perfect if you have an issue with getting reasonably hot water to a sink/basin.

Very good heater, just what we wanted for warming up the freezing cold water in the sink in the toilet at our premises. Just right temp for washing hands.
