5my best kitchen toy
By J. Hare
I love my gadgets in my kitchen and I have quite a few - slow cooker, bread maker, electric grill, posh sandwich maker, veg steamer, rice cooker etc, etc, but my Rosemary Conley Electric Wok has to be one of the best gadgets I have ever bought. I cook practically EVERY thing in here, fast cooking, slow cooking, the lot. It is so easy; how many other gadgets apart from the kettle do you use nearly every day? I would highly recommend this wok to every one from learners to experienced cooks.

5EnerGi CT - WK3 Electric Wok
By Mrs. F. Scott
This is my first electric wok and it is brilliant. Very versatile piece of kit. Easily holds enough food to feed a family of six. Brilliant for making stir frys and curries in as when the food has been cooked the dial can be turned down to number one or two. This allows the food to be kept warm if someone is running late for tea without drying it out. Requires little (if any) oil and is simple and quick to clean. Most usefull piece of kit in my kitchen.

2Hot but sensitive skin...
By Froxfield_Reviewer
Having had this for 2 months now I feel I have had a chance to put it through it's paces. On the plus side it is good and hot - and heats up quickly. Cooks things nicely, but don't think the heat can compare with a something you would get off of gas hob for example - the wok cuts out at a certain temperature (although quite high). However, I bought this to replace a cast iron wok I had been using on an electric stove. The stir-frys from that are brilliant, although it takes a bit too long to heat up. This electric one gets to temperature in about 4 or 5 minutes. Stir-frys do not taste as good with this.Negative points are: It honestly does scratch easily. You have to only use teflon spatulas or silicone or you are in trouble. Plus I have just tried to clean some burn marks with the green scouring side of a cleaning sponge and the nonstick coating has come off to the bare metal. So annoying and this is the first time it has ever happened to me using a non stick product. In summary, if you buy one of these only use teflon or similar and only use the soft side of a sponge. In my view because of its fragility I couldn't fully recommend it.
