What a fab piece of kit, folds flat (almost) like an ironing board. Build quality is very good and the incline / decline bench is easy and quick to adjust.Also comes with cables for doing laterals and chest flyes. With the decline position you have a roman chair arrangement, great for your abs.With a good set of dumbbells you have a limitless mix of exercises to work your upper body.DVD a bit useless, not as described and they have assembled one of the base feet upside down but never mind, product is excellent value and quality.Better than other models costing £100+, and yes when not in use is stored with our ironing board.

I dont even use the cables anymore because ive moved on to more heavier weights. But im still able to use this bench for all sorts of workouts.Id like to note aslo, you can do so many other different workouts that are not even on the DVD. A very good buy from me.

This aero gym is well made and is good for that extra little bit of work after going the gym .Is also very handy as a sit up bench.
