I purchased this pillow after comments on this site and elsewhere to replace an older model (not Harley).This is a great improvement on the one it has replaced and I wonder why I have not done this earlier. Very comfortable for someone with upper back or neck 'wear and tear', like me. Get a very comfortable nights sleep.

Couldn't sleep on my partners bed, got constant neck ache with her pillows it was agonizing. since I bought this though I can actually sleep, gives great support.

I have a lot of issues with my neck and back resulting from a car crash a few years ago. My physio recommend these pillows to me, I stalled about buying them at first, but the moment i slept on one i was sold. a five star product worth every penny.
