I've had the plus size version of this pillow for over 2 years and it's almost like new. I got the plus size because it looks better on the bed alongside my partner's standard pillow-it also fits better in a standard pillowcase. It's identical to this pillow apart from being wider.The foam is very high quality and springs back after use without any sign of compression. In fact, it 'gives' so little it took me a while to get used to the level of firmness. Like most of us I associate going to bed with 'sinking' into a pillow, so if this is your preference it's not the pillow for you. As another reviewer has pointed out it is very high compared to a standard pillow and this also takes a bit of getting used to.Once you get used to it however, it's very comfortable to sleep on. In the past I had to pummel any pillow I was using to plump it into shape and tuck the corner over to provide more neck support but this suits my needs so perfectly I'm able to sleep on it the whole night without any readjustments. You actually only sleep in the middle portion of the pillow. Any other pillow I've owned has needed replacing within a year so although pricey to begin with it's good value in the long run.The shape means it has to be housed in a specialised pillowcase-it only comes with the one cover and I'm not sure if you can buy extras. I just keep it in the original cover and use a standard pillowcase, which can be tucked underneath to close the end. As the pillow just stays put all night the end mostly stays tucked under and hasn't presented much of an issue. Of course the result isn't as pleasing as a standard pillow but you can still use all your existing linen.I frequently go to bed with a sore neck but always wake up pain free after a night on this pillow, finally found a keeper!

I have been suffering from neck problems for some time and my physiotherapist suggested I purchase a Harley pillow. I now sleep better and no more neck pain. My head and neck are exactely where they are supposed to be whether lying on my side or my back. Highly recommended!

This pillow is great if you have neck issues. Normally purchased from my Osteo I needed something quickly as they were out of stock, the support is just right, nice and firm but doesn't make your face / ears ache as some firm pillows do. The memory foam also means that you don't get hot either. Supplier dispatched it straight away so the service is very good too. I definitely recommend this item if you have trouble with your neck.
