A fantastically comfortable boot, walked 15 miles in pouring rain in Wales on the first outing with no blisters or rubbing.You can still get wet socks if the weather is extreme, the boots and lining stay dry but a little water comes in through the stitching, to be picked up by your socks!The lining of the boot stays dry though, an interesting sensation.Boots don't need to be dried out as they are dry and ready to carry on as soon as you've changed your socks!!I would recommend these for fell walking, especially when you can only afford one pair of boots and want to walk every day in the wet, no stuffing with paper and waiting days for them to dry.

I bought the Hi-Tec Women's Vlite Altitude Utra WPI walking books several weeks ago and they have been absolutely fabulous. The weather has been very cold with lots of snow and ice and the boots have got a great grip, are very warm and extremely comfortable. They are also very light and so are less tiring to walk in than heavier duty walking boots. Would highly recommend these to anyone wanting a pair of walking boots.

I was very pleased with these boots. They are extremely light and confortable to wear. I wear them mainly for walking my dogs in fields and woods and they are so light you don't feel as though you are wearing boots. I thoroughly recommend them.
