When I was younger, I used to skate and know how comfy skating shoes are, not just for skating but for everyday use also.A few years down the line and i've stopped skating, but I always buy skating shoes. Since my old Airwalk shoes got knackered I decided to try out the DC brand and really, they are brill.The shoes I got was the Black and Emerald Green pattern, they not only stand out and look fantastic but they feel fantastic also. The back of the insole above the heel has great padding and the shoes don't constrict your feet. If your on your feet all day like myself, you should give these a shot.These have to be the best Skating shoes i've ever bought, am going to stay clear of Vans, Airwalk and Converse now and stick with DC.-Mark

DC skate shoes, especially this style, is the most comfortable, hard-wearing footwear I have ever owned. They support the in-step, provide cushioning and spring to the sole and plenty of toe room, even for wide feet. The elasticated tongue ensures the shoe fits securely and means you don't need to untie the laces. They also come through an automatic wash cycle and tumble dry perfectly (although the colour obviously fades a bit eventually).All in all the best shoes I've ever bought, which is why I keep buying the same ones - this is my 5th pair in about 7 years and I wear these all the time I'm not in work, which is testament to their quality.

I bought these for my son and he reports that they are very comfortable. The fact that they are still going without a rip, split or other damage is a great sign as it's not many pairs of shoes that last the distance with a 16 year old lad. He's also managed to get away with wearing them to school where black shoes are compulsory which is a huge plus in his eyes and saves me more money.
